Congress lacks power

All of the arguing about the federal health care for the United States ignores the powers of Congress. The federal government has no constitutional right to solve problems of individuals. That is for the states. Congress has succeeded in getting into Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, etc., for so long that the public has been duped into accepting almost anything it does.

The states and public need to insist that Congress abide by the Constitution, or they should legally contest the acts of Congress — and the executive branch, too.
