World Series (5:30 p.m., Ch. 13): Game 7 — Phillies at Yankees (if necessary)

MLS playoffs (6 p.m., ESPN2): Real Salt Lake at Columbus Crew in the second leg of their first-round playoff showdown. RSL won 1-0 in Utah on Saturday in what amounts to the first half of one big game. If Real can manage to outscore or tie the defending-champion Crew — which also has the best regular-season record in the league this season — the Utah team will advance to the conference finals for the second year in a row.

Survivor Samoa (7 p.m., Ch. 2): The two tribes merge; another contestant is eliminated.

FlashForward (7 p.m., Ch. 4): Mark and Demitri team up with British agent Fiona Banks to track down a lead.

Community (7 p.m., Ch. 5): The group discovers that Jeff is living out of his car.

College basketball (7 p.m., BYUTV): Trinity Western at BYU (exhibition)

Women's college volleyball (7:30 p.m., The mtn.): BYU at TCU

CSI (8 p.m., Ch. 2): It turns out that two seemingly unrelated crimes are actually part of one plot for revenge.

Grey's Anatomy (8 p.m., Ch. 4): The parents of a young patient offer the hospital a big donation — but then the child's condition takes a turn for the worse.

The Office (8 p.m., Ch. 5): Jim and Pam have to go on a double date with Michael and Helena.

Supernatural (8 p.m., Ch. 30): Dean and Sam are thrown into an alternate universe by the Trickster.

Project Runway (8 and 9:30 p.m., Lifetime): The remaining designers tackle their final challenge before the two-part season finale.

30 Rock (8:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Tracy and Jenna decide to conduct their own search for the new cast member; Liz and Pete try to rig the auditions.

NBA (8:30 p.m., TNT): Spurs at Jazz
