Who is heroic 'she'?

I read the article about Michael Crouch, who administered CPR to an injured motorcyclist. I thought it was interesting that the article only mentioned in passing that someone else had initiated the CPR. I assume it was his mother, but that's hard to say. She was only referred to as "his wife" and "she."

Does she not have her own name?
