Susan Shrum, operating partner of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, recently helped serve meals to 37,000 U.S. and coalition soldiers in the Middle East. Shrum was part of Operation Feeding Freedom VII, an annual mission sponsored by OSI Restaurant Partners LLC. The event was part trick-or-treat and part promotion for the return of Langostino Lobster to the restaurant's menu for a limited time.
