SOUTH JORDAN — A 20-year-old man was flown to a hospital Monday after falling three stories off a building, dispatchers said.

The man was on top of the Timber Gate Apartments, near 5600 West and 11800 South in South Jordan, when he fell, though dispatchers weren't sure why he was on top of the building or what caused his fall.

Though the man was conscious, breathing and only appeared to have a broken arm, he was transported by medical helicopter to an area hospital due to the height he fell from.
