Utah Jazz: Koufos contract option exercised

The Utah Jazz today exercised its third-year option on the rookie contract of big man Kosta Koufos, general manager Kevin O'Connor said. Koufos is scheduled to make $1.3 million next season.

The Ohio State product was the Jazz's first-round draft choice in 2008.
