Alliant Techsystems has sold 47 acres in West Valley City to Salt Lake County for eventual use as a regional park, according to the Salt Lake City office of CB Richard Ellis.
The $4.5 million sale was for property at 6200 South and 6200 West. The land will be combined with an adjacent 17 acres called Lodestone Park.
