Hike of the Week: Mount Aire Trail - Mill Creek Canyon

Directions: From Wasatch Boulevard and 3800 South, drive 6.25 miles up the canyon. At the sharp bend at Elbow Fork is the parking lot and trailhead on the left side of the road. Trail is posted.

Destination: Peak

Difficulty: Moderate/strenuous

Round trip: 3.6 miles

Hiking time: 3 to 4 hours

Elevation gain: 1,960 ft.

Trailhead restrooms: Yes

Dogs allowed: Yes

Canyon fee: $2.25
