WM Healthcare Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Houston-based Waste Management Inc., has acquired Mountain High Medical Disposal Services Inc., a medical-waste collection, transportation and processing company based in Salt Lake City.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Mountain High is a medical-waste treatment facility, and WM Healthcare Solutions will provide those services to facilities in Salt Lake City as well as Idaho.
