MILLS JUNCTION, Juab County — A Nephi man died Tuesday in a single-car rollover on I-15, the Utah Highway Patrol said.
Trevor James Wardle, 21, was driving a 2007 Honda Civic north on the interstate about 1:50 a.m. when he lost control of the car, troopers said. The vehicle traveled onto the left shoulder of the road, struck a delineator post and then veered to the right.
Troopers said the car went left again and then into the median where it rolled.
Wardle was not wearing his seat belt, troopers said. He was ejected from the car, which came to rest in the southbound lanes of I-15.
Wardle died at the scene. Troopers are investigating whether alcohol use was a factor in the crash.
