Adobe Systems Inc. has completed its acquisition of Orem-based Omniture Inc.
Adode wholly owned subsidiary Snowbird Acquisition Corp. acquired all outstanding Omniture common-stock shares at $21.50 per share, for a total of about $1.8 billion.
Omniture, which has about 600 employees in Orem, has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Adobe. The deal was announced Sept. 15.
Adobe is the world's largest graphic-design software program maker. Omniture offers a variety of Web traffic analysis and other products for companies to improve their marketing over the Internet.
