J. Bart Laybourne has joined The Buckner Co. at its Ogden location as an insurance associate. Laybourne has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He began his insurance career in 1982 with a family-owned agency selling personal, home and auto insurance. He advanced into selling property and casualty policies and has been in the commercial business insurance industry ever since.

Tiffany Fletcher has joined Sanctuary Day Spa's Gateway location as salon director. She will oversee salon operations and marketing. Fletcher moved to Provo from the Bay Area to attend beauty school and earned a business degree from LDS Business College.

Brent Haight and David McCombs have joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as office specialists at the firm's Salt Lake City office. Haight has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate in Utah. Most recently, he was an office agent at another Salt Lake-based brokerage. McCombs has expertise in Class A office space and will represent clients specifically in sales, leasing and investments.

Jarrod Hunt has joined the Provo/Orem office of Commerce CRG as a commercial real estate professional. Hunt has more than 10 years of experience in real estate advisory and several years of experience in business management and financial analysis. Hunt's education includes a degree from Utah State University.

Dr. Cabot Murdock has joined the Intermountain Medical Group at its Southridge Clinic in Riverton, and Dr. Jason M. Hancey has joined the company at its Sandy and Southridge clinics. Murdock will practice general surgery. He is certified in general surgery with additional credentials in general thoracic and peripheral vascular surgery. He most recently was medical director of a vascular laboratory in Ohio. Hancey will practice plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Tom Lund has joined Tanner LC as director of practice development and recruiting. He has experience in business development, recruiting and client retention. He began his career in the office equipment industry and spent eight years with the Salt Lake City office of an international accounting firm as its director of business development. He most recently was with a large financial institution. Lund's education includes a degree from Southern Utah University.

Patsy Barnes has been named vice president of sales at Panoptic Security. Barnes will be responsible for increasing revenue, growing the sales organization and further developing the company's business development. She has more than 20 years of corporate sales experience and eight years as owner of an information management company.
