A Grand County man died on scene in a rollover accident Sunday.

Three people were ejected from a vehicle traveling on Crystal Geyser Road just east of Green River. Martin Velasquez-Ramirez, 26, was found dead on scene. Another man was flown to St. Mary's Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colo. The third refused medical assistance but was later treated at Green River Medical Clinic, according to a press release issued by the Grand County Sheriff's Office.

The accident is still under investigation, but the sheriff's office reported that alcohol was involved.

Deputies were unavailable Sunday evening for additional comment.
