Red Mass for Justice at cathedral Oct. 13

The second annual Red Mass for Justice will be Tuesday, Oct. 13, noon at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 331 E. South Temple.

Bishop John Wester will be presiding. The Madeleine Choir School will perform and a reception will follow.

First Baptist to hold Worship celebration

First Baptist Church of Provo, 1144 W. Columbia Lane, Provo, will hold its Worship celebration on Sunday, Oct. 11, 11 a.m. with pastor Buck Buchanan preaching on the book of Judges.

Sermon to discuss Marxism, Christianity

St. Ambrose women to host movie night

St. Ambrose Council of Catholic Women will host a new, occasional movie night in the parish social hall, 1875 S. 2300 East.

The first film, to be shown today, will be "A Man for All Seasons." Snacks and beverages will be available at 6:30 p.m., and the movie will start at 7 p.m. following an introduction by Paul Savage, history teacher at Judge Memorial Catholic High School. Donations are most welcome.

Rock Church to mark its 10th anniversary
