HIGHLAND — Four Utah County men were arrested Wednesday after police say they kidnapped and sexually abused two teenage girls.
Police believe the men had picked up the girls, ages 17 and 18, in their car, and while driving, all four men tried to remove the girls' clothing and fondle them, according to police affidavit filed in 4th District Court. Both victims screamed for the men to stop, tried to keep their clothes on and repeatedly yelled to be let out of the car, police said.
The men drove the victims to the Highland area. The 18-year-old was finally let out of the car and ran to call for help. The 17-year-old tried to find the other victim but then got back in the car when the men told her they would return her clothes, the affidavit states. She was then dropped off at American Fork Junior High, where she received a ride home from someone else, police said.
Jace Blickenstaff, 20, of Lindon; Jared Holland, 18, of Pleasant Grove; Kyle Anderson, 18, of Lindon; and Shawn Havili, 18, of Pleasant Grove; were booked into the Utah County Jail for investigation of kidnapping and forcible sexual abuse.
