NFL (6:30 p.m., ESPN): Carolina at Dallas

How I Met Your Mother (7 p.m., Ch. 2): Ted goes on a blind date with someone he dated years ago.

Dancing with the Stars (7 p.m., Ch. 4): The remaining contestants — including Donny Osmond and his partner — perform. Another team will be eliminated in Tuesday's episode.
