Health Fair Saturday

SPANISH FORK — Two health-oriented businesses are sponsoring the Spanish Fork Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday.

Beehive Health Essentials and Anderson Chiropractic Center are holding the fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 846 Expressway Lane in the parking lot in front of Beehive Health. Class topics include headaches, insomnia, massage therapy, Redmond Clay, sprouting, sleep apnea and managing stress.

Several exhibitors are expected to be on hand to provide information on health topics. The event is free and open to the public.
