FARMINGTON — A 14-year-old boy discovered the body of his father near their home in Farmington Tuesday afternoon.

The 39-year-old father was loading gear for a hunting trip sometime before 3:30 p.m. when an ATV apparently fell off a pickup truck-mounted ATV rack and crushed him.

Authorities would not release the man's name Tuesday, pending the notification of more family members.
