Stadium of Fire gives fans a vote

PROVO — America's Freedom Festival at Provo has launched the Stadium of Fire's Vote the Voice 2010 event.

The festival is accepting suggestions from its Twitter and Facebook fans to determine who they would like to see perform during next summer's Stadium of Fire celebration.

Fans can suggest any celebrity or musical talent to host or perform during the 2010 show by visiting the Freedom Festival's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/freedomfestival or tweeting @freedmfestprovo. This phase of Vote the Voice will end Oct. 15.

After Freedom Festival officials determine the top 20 nominees from Facebook and Twitter, they will include the names on an online voting ballot and invite fans to choose their five favorites from the list. A third and final online ballot in November will include the top five performers chosen. The event closes at the end of December.
