ZION NATIONAL PARK, Utah (AP) — One of the most popular trails in Zion National Park is open again.

Weeping Rock Trail closed Sept. 2 after a 50-foot section was buried under tons of rock and debris.

The park's trail crew and volunteers from the American Conservation Experience have removed the debris and repaired the trail.

The trail is among the most popular in the park. The half-mile trip climbs 98 feet to a rock alcove with dripping springs and hanging plants.
