WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL: The Wildcats opened Big Sky Conference action on a sour note with a 3-0 loss at Northern Colorado Thursday night in Greeley. The Bears beat the 'Cats 25-17, 25-22, 25-12, handing Weber State its eighth-straight loss as the 'Cats drop to 1-10 on the season.

It was the seventh time in 11 matches that the Wildcats have been swept 3-0. WSU has also lost the first set in all 11 matches this season.

Weber State was led by Jenna Leggat who posted six kills for the 'Cats. Leggat also added four blocks and three digs. Chelsea Bair had just five kills, the second fewest in a match in her career. Caitlyn Anderson led WSU with 11 digs and three kills.
