Jerry Johnston on MormonTimes.com: Bennion's simple words still ring true

While revisiting a few old books I enjoy, I thumbed across something that had escaped me in the past. It was a little poem written by Lowell L. Bennion. Some say it was the only poem he ever wrote.

Bennion was the legendary LDS institute teacher, of course. Over the years, people ranging from Marion D. Hanks and Neal A. Maxwell to Emma Lou Thayne and Eugene England have sung his praises and credited him with changing their lives.

Many still see him as a true Latter-day Saint saint.
