The following DVDs will be released Tuesday, unless otherwise specified:

"Battle of the Warriors" (Dragon Dynasty, $19.98) — Martial-arts action thriller from 2006, starring Andy Lau. Chinese with subtitles.

"Crank 2: High Voltage" (Lionsgate, $29.95) — ★★1/2 — A cartoon of action, Looney Tunes sound effects and horrific violence.

Special features: Two-disc edition ($34.98) includes outtakes and deleted scenes, digital copy of the film for home-electronics devices.

R (violence, gore, sex, nudity, profanity, vulgarity) — Roger Moore, The Orlando Sentinel

"Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story" (Sony, $24.96) — Made-for-television drama starring Cuba Gooding Jr. as one of the nation's first African-American neurosurgeons.

"I'll Believe You" (Well Go, $24.98) — Direct-to-DVD comedy from 2007, starring David Alan Basche as a radio show host.

"Local Color" (Monterey Video, $26.95) — Veteran screenwriter George Gallo wrote and directed this coming-of-age drama starring Ray Liotta.

"Rise of the Gargoyles" (Genius, $14.95) — Made-for-television horror movie starring Eric Balfour as a professor battling an ancient evil.

"Shaq & Cedric Present: All-Star Comedy Jam" (Vivendi, $19.99) — Stand-up comedy concert film featuring Cedric the Entertainer, Kevin Hart and others.

"Valentino: The Last Emperor" (Phase 4, $29.99) — ★★1/2 — A slightly unfocused documentary about fashion designer Valentino Garavani. With subtitles.
