Freshman Riley Stephenson was in New Zealand on a mission the past two years but his punting ability has turned heads this August. By October, BYU fans will be very familiar with Stephenson and his trade. His high, long punts have a remarkable hang time, and his ability to consistently put a spiral on the ball is kind of artsy. An all-state kicker and punter at Pineview High in St. George, Stephenson ranked No. 2 nationally in prep ranks with a 42.1 average and made 75 of 77 PATs as a senior, which gave him a career state record total of 193.
