The Utah Valley Real Estate Investors Association has announced that Rob Swanson, creator of "The Real Estate Business Blueprint for Investors," will be the featured speaker at its next meeting.
The event will be Thursday, Sept. 3, at Noah's, 644 N. 2000 West, Lindon.
Admission is free with pre-registration, which can be completed by e-mailing info@alanbrymer .com.
Swanson is an entrepreneur, educator and a real estate investor in Denver with more than 10 years of experience, and is also the founder of the Colorado Property Investors Association. He has invested in 13 states and founded a nonprofit housing rehabilitation development organization to improve housing and reinvest 100 percent of the proceeds back into the local community.
