I just heard that the lion's share of Cash for Clunkers money went to foreign corporations. With companies here at home taking out bankruptcy and even government ownership of some troubled U.S. auto corporations, this is where our tax dollars should have gone. It now seems that most of the money went as a form of foreign aid. Our lawmakers were asleep at the wheel on this one.
