S.L., Vegas firms vote to merge

Shareholders of a Salt Lake City law firm and partners of a Las Vegas firm have voted to merge the entities, effective Sept. 1.

The action was announced Tuesday. Salt Lake-based Durham Jones & Pinegar and Bolick & Boyer will have a combined firm of 70 lawyers in four offices: Salt Lake, Ogden, St. George and Las Vegas. All will operate under the Durham Jones & Pinegar name.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

DJP has been in business since 1991. B&B was established in 1987.
