OREM — No one likes to "Draw Four" but most usually handle it better than slapping a 64-year-old relative.

Police arrested a 58-year-old man Saturday night after they say he got upset during a family game of UNO and slapped his nephew's wife in the head, said Orem Police Lt. Gary Downey.

The man had been drinking and ignored his nephew's orders to stop hitting the woman, even raising his hand to hit her again, Downey said. When the couple got up from the game, the uncle began grappling with his nephew.

As the couple tried to leave the house, the uncle grabbed a bread knife and began threatening his nephew and telling the couple to get out, Downey said.

That's when police were called and the uncle was arrested and booked into the Utah County Jail for investigation of aggravated assault and several outstanding warrants, including another one for aggravated assault, simple assault and DUI, Downey said.
