'Hannah' among new DVD releases

The following DVDs will be released Tuesday, unless otherwise specified:

"The Bridge to Nowhere" (Image, $27.98) — Crime-drama about 20-somethings starting an escort service. Ving Rhames stars.

"The Garden" (Oscilloscope, $29.99) — ★★★— This documentary about a California community garden wears its heart on its sleeve.

Not rated, probable R (violence, profanity, slurs, brief drugs)

"Hannah Montana: The Movie"(Disney, $29.99) — ★★ — A mix of musical numbers and silly slapstick, clearly crafted for Miley Cyrus fans.

Special features: Two-disc edition ($39.99) includes footage cut from theatrical release, digital copy of film for home-electronics devices.

G (slapstick violence, mild profanity, mild vulgarity)

"Julia" (Magnolia, $26.98) — Thriller starring Tilda Swinton as an extortionist who kidnaps a young boy.

R (profanity, violence, brief nudity)

"Kissing Cousins" (Cinema Libre, $19.95) — Comedy about cousins who pretend to be lovers to fool their friends. Samrat Chakrabarti stars.

Not rated, probable PG-13 (adult themes)

"The Last House on the Left" (Universal, $29.989) — ★★½ — A movie of shocking sadism and cruelty.

Special features: Unrated version (also $29.98) includes footage cut from theatrical release.

"Surveillance"(Magnolia, $26.98) — Crime-thriller about FBI agents pursuing a serial killer. Julia Ormond stars.

"Tyson" (Sony, $28.96) —★★★— James Toback's engrossing documentary may not appeal to anyone who's not interested in boxing.
