The Utah Housing Coalition is cosponsoring a free public seminar on manufactured housing on Saturday.

The coalition, along with the Salt Lake Community Action Program, Utah Manufactured Homeowners Action Group and Utah Resident Owned Communities, will present the seminar from 9:15 to 11:45 a.m. at the Provo City Library.

According to a news release, the seminar will address issues facing homeowners of manufactured housing, as well as solutions to some of the problems that exist in manufactured home communities, including the need for resident associations and homeowners' rights.

Based on the 2005-2007 American Community Survey, Utah County has nearly 2,400 mobile and manufactured homes.
