Minority business expo is Nov. 17, 18

Utah minority business leaders will host the state's first ever Multi-Cultural Business Expo at the Salt Palace Convention Center on Nov. 17 and 18.

With the state's minority population now exceeding 500,000 people, minority business leaders are working to promote and develop minority business, a news release stated.

The event, presented by United 4 Economic Development, will include a kick-off media day, a trade show, a networking social and workshops aimed at expanding access into federal, state and local contract and procurement venues.
