LAS VEGAS — Two former Utes and former NFL quarterback Tim Rattay are among 19 players who have signed with the Las Vegas franchise of the new United Football League.
Offensive guard Jason Boone and defensive tackle Gabe Long will join coach Jim Fassel's team.
The team will begin training camp in September, and the UFL will play its first game Oct. 8 when San Francisco visits Las Vegas.
The championship game of the four-team league is scheduled for Nov. 27 in Las Vegas.
