LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Two union-backed groups that have spent years criticizing Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s wages and benefits say they're going to merge.
Wal-Mart Watch, backed by the Service Employees International Union, and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union's WakeUp Walmart.com announced Friday they'll combine efforts to pressure the world's largest retailer.
The new group will operate under the WakeUpWalMart.com name.
