KAYSVILLE — A car wash and yard sale will be held Saturday to raise money to educate Haitian children.

The fundraiser will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Davis High School, 325 S. Main.

Organized by local nonprofit Haitian Roots, the fundraiser seeks to earn money to send Haitian children to their public schools, at a cost of $250 a year per student, according to the organization. The $250 includes school uniforms and books when needed.

Haitian Roots says it will use 100 percent of proceeds from Saturday's fundraiser to help the children.
