TAYLORSVILLE — Police believe they have identified two men, in recently released surveillance camera pictures, whom they say walked into an RC Willey store and took a big-screen television last month.

"After the story was aired, our office received several calls, which led to the identification of the two suspects and the recovery of the TV," said Taylorsville Police detective Shannon Bennett.

Police say the man, 31, who physically took the television, is in the Salt Lake County Jail on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold. He has been interviewed and confessed to taking the television, according to Bennett.

The second man, 26, is incarcerated at the Utah County Jail but has not yet been interviewed, Bennett said.

Police believe that charges against the men will be screened by the Salt Lake County District Attorney's office sometime Friday.
