Here's a novel idea: Why don't we get our representatives in Washington to get off of the payroll of the political action committees and lobbyists and respond only to us — their constituents who sent them to their cushy jobs with full retirement after one term and a super health-care plan unavailable to anyone else?
Or we could have them live by the same rules, retire only after 20-30 years, pay into Social Security and use the same health-care plans that are about to change drastically.
