Cottonwood Heights Butlerville Days: Family Adventure Bike Ride, Butler Park, 7500 S. 2700 East, ride begins at Bywater Park at 8:45 a.m.; parade, 4 p.m.; crafts, games, face painting, sack races, contests, displays, band, entertainment, food, 4-9 p.m.; patriotic events with national anthem and fireworks, 9:45 p.m.

Pioneer Heritage Festival: Pie- and watermelon-eating contests, candy cannon, kids' parade, foot races, crafts, games, music, flag-raising ceremony, This Is the Place Heritage Park, 2601 E. Sunnyside Ave. (800 South), 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Days of '47 KSL 5 Parade: South Temple and State Street east to 200 East, south to 900 South, then east to Liberty Park, 9 a.m.
