Utah Utes football: 2009 season tickets almost sold out

Fewer than 800 season tickets remain for the 2009 Utah football season, marking the fifth consecutive year of record-breaking season sales for the Utes.

Season tickets, which include student and comp tickets, now total 42,000 and account for 93 percent of the stadium's 45,017-seat capacity. The remaining tickets are held for visiting team and single-game sales. Paid season tickets are also at a new high, with currents sales at 30,599. The previous mark, set last year, was 30,547.
