Owlz hold on; Raptors don't

OREM — Leading by five runs heading into the eighth inning, the Owlz gave up four runs to make the game much closer than it appeared like it would be. Still, Orem held on for a 6-5 victory.

Billings 8, Ogden 6: Ogden wasn't able to hold on to its huge lead late in the game as Billings scored six runs in the final three innings to stun the Raptors.

Daigoro Rondon and Nick Gaudi struggled on the mound for Ogden, blowing the save opportunity and giving up a combined five runs, as the Mustangs won the game 8-6.
