Tractor death in Cache County was accident

BENSON, Cache County — The Cache County Sheriff's Office has concluded that last week's death of an 9-year-old boy who was run over by a tractor was an accident.

Investigators have determined they will not file criminal charges against the man who was driving the tractor, Cache County Sheriff's Lt. Chad Jensen said.

Zachary Bushman, of Cheyenne, Wyo., was hit Tuesday evening by the tractor that was being driven by a relative of his. Bushman was treated at the scene before being transported to Logan Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
