People.com reports Debbie Rowe, the ex-wife of Michael Jackson and biological mother of two of his three children, who has kept a low profile since the singer's death on June 25, will attend a hearing on the temporary guardianship of the children. That hearing has been scheduled at Los Angeles Superior Court on July 20.
Rowe "says that she will definitely be at the custody hearing," Marc Schaffel, a former business partner of Jackson's and a close friend of Rowe's, told People.
Rowe's children — Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11 — have been staying with their grandmother Katherine Jackson at her Encino, Calif., home since the singer's death. Prince Michael II, 7, Jackson's youngest child, who is also known as Blanket, was born from an unidentified surrogate. Katherine Jackson was named guardian in the singer's will and is petitioning the court to keep the children.
