Small quake rattles Utah's Navajo Mountain
A small earthquake has rattled Navajo Mountain near the Utah-Arizona border.
The U.S. Geological Survey says a quake of a 3.0 magnitude hit the isolated, mountainous American Indian community near Utah's southern border around 9:40 p.m. Sunday. No one reported feeling the temblor on the survey's Web site.
Census data shows about 380 people live in Navajo Mountain.
The remote high-elevation community is about three hours outside of Blanding.
