OREM — The Orem Owlz rallied in the eighth inning to walk away with a 5-4 victory over Great Falls and avoid their third straight home loss.
Trailing 4-2 in the bottom of the eighth, Orem scored three runs on three consecutive singles to take the lead. Yeison Almeida then pitched a scoreless ninth to close out the game.
Michael Wing went 2-for-3 with three RBIs for the Owlz.
RAPTORS 6, MUSTANGS 4: At Ogden, Mario Songco blasted a grand slam for his seventh home run of the season to lead the Raptors to a 6-4 victory over Billings.
