Salt Lake police are looking for three people who gave their would-be drug dealer his comeuppance for cheating them.
The dealer sold $40 worth of fake drugs to three men and a woman in Pioneer Park, on purpose or not, at 4:20 p.m. Sunday. The buyers later figured out that his smack was whack.
The four of them tracked him down at 800 West and North Temple a few minutes later. They jumped out of their silver hatchback to tell him just how they felt getting cheated, dispatchers said. One of the men beat him with a skateboard, took his wallet and drove off.
Police found one of the men and arrested him for assault. They're now on the lookout for the other three.
No one's names were immediately made available.
