Horner was 1 up through seven holes, but Sutton, an 18-year-old who plays for Weber State, won holes 8 and 9 to take the lead for good.
Blair squared his match with Fillmore at No. 5, then reeled off a bunch of birdies to take a 3 up lead after 12. Fillmore cut the lead to one with with birds at 14 and 15, before Blair came back with a birdie at 16. In all, Blair had nine birdies on his card.
Barton, a 23-year-old from Sandy, birdied the first hole and won the first five holes for a quick 5 up lead, which he held through eight holes. However, Stimpson came back to win four straight holes at 9 through 12 to cut the lead to one before Barton won 14 and 15.
Francis a 26-year-old who plays out of Jeremy Country Club, led much of the way against Jolley and clinched the match with a birdie at No. 17.
