Kent W. Moore has been named president and chief executive officer of Family First Federal Credit Union. Moore succeeds Dick L. Chappell, who retired after a 16-year association with the credit union. Before joining Family First, Moore spent 30 years at another credit union in various management positions, recently as senior vice president of branch administration. His education includes degrees from Westminster College and the University of Utah.
Bryant Henrie has been named chief operating officer of Prestige Financial Services Inc. Henrie will lead a team of six senior managers. He has 27 years of industry experience and joins Prestige after serving for 14 years as senior vice president of dealership operations for Prestige's parent, the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, where he was responsible for the performance of 15 dealerships. He entered the auto industry upon graduating from college, later joining the Miller Group as a dealership finance manager and advancing through the roles of used car manager, sales manager and general manager.
Ronald G. Russell has been elected chairman of the Utah Judicial Conduct Commission, by appointment of the Utah Supreme Court. Russell is an attorney with Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, specializing in commercial litigation, real estate law, title insurance, title and escrow claims, zoning and land use, construction cases, foreclosures, and lender enforcement. He also is mayor of Centerville and serves on several boards. Russell's education includes a degree from the University of Utah.
Ken Meyers is the new branch manager at Mountain America Credit Union's Centerville branch. He previously was branch manager at the West Valley branch. Meyers has worked in the financial services industry for more than 27 years, the past three at Mountain America.
Ashley Jones has joined The Walton Group Inc. as an account executive. Jones has experience in technology firm marketing work and health firm media research and promotion.
Kimberly Barnett has been selected as Salt Lake County's environmental coordinator. She was selected by Mayor Peter Corroon to succeed Ann Ober, who was appointed intergovernmental relations officer in February. Barnett previously was development officer for one organization and spent nine years with the another, where she was responsible for fund development, public relations, program and event management.
