A recent opinion piece by the Sutherland Institute (and echoed in an editorial by KSL radio) stated that illegal immigrants were just as law abiding as the rest of the population of Utah. I believe they are making the wrong comparison. The comparison should be between legal and illegal immigrants. How many legal immigrants end up in prison or on welfare? Please, let's control our borders and enforce our immigration laws.
