Krishna Temple to hold llama festival

The 15th Annual Llama Fest will be held at Krishna Temple and Utah Valley Llama Farm, two miles south of Spanish Fork on Main Street, on Saturday, July 18.

Cathedral kicks off centennial events

The Cathedral of the Madeleine, 331 E. South Temple, will celebrate "A Century of Faith and Service 1909-2009" in August with a variety of events that begin on Aug. 9.

Methodists plan free Bible school

Vacation Bible School at Christ United Methodist Church, 2375 E. 3300 South, will be "Jesus Loves the Little Children, All the Children of the World" on Aug. 17-21, 9:00 a.m. to noon daily. This is free and open to the public.

St. Olaf's to fete its 50th birthday

St. Olaf Catholic School in Bountiful will celebrate its 50th year in 2010 and is seeking to contact past students, so they can join in the anniversary celebrations.
