ORANGE PARK, Fla. — The woman who killed Steve McNair before turning the gun on herself is being remembered by about 30 friends and family members in Florida.
Sahel Kazemi, 20, was laid to rest Friday in a private ceremony at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
Cemetery officials prevented reporters and photographers from covering the graveside service.
Kazemi dropped out of high school and moved to Nashville, Tenn., from Florida with a boyfriend at age 17. She met McNair a few months ago and the two had been dating.
Kazemi was buried in a modest brown casket.
