Norma Jean is a 5-year-old spayed yellow Lab mix. She is a big girl and loves to lounge around. She's already house trained and is calm and easygoing. She's friendly and will do great in any home!

Misty is a 4-month-old domestic shorthair. She is an active kitten, with a sweet temperament. She can usually be found on top of scratching posts, playing with other cats and peeking out of cupboards.

Adoption rates are on a sliding scale for dogs, adult cats are no cost, and kittens are $35, which includes sterilization, vaccinations, a microchip, and free first veterinary exam. If you are interested in adopting an animal, go to Salt Lake County Animal Services, 511 W. 3900 South, Monday-Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or call 801-559-1100 or see all the animals at www.slcoanimalservices.org.
